This study has been conceptualized to identify the social issues that constrain the achievement of the goals of access, equity and quality in secondary education, and the most effective strategies to address them so that the effectiveness of the proposed DP assistance is maximized. Social assessment is a process that integrates participation and social analysis for project design and/or implementation. More importantly, it includes key stakeholders including beneficiaries, intermediaries and functionaries in ‘fact-finding’, analysis and design of the project and prepares for their involvement in implementation.en_US
