From Preface: The Annual Work Plan and Budget for the year 2002-10 is guided by Micro planning and school Mapping, DISE data, Child data base, COHORT Studies and feed back from CRC and BRC on need specific as well s area specific issues to extend access to all children of the age group of 6-14 years, their enrolment, retention, improvement of quality in classroom transaction and strengthening VEC/MTA for community participation in the process of Universalization of Elementary Education with financial outlay of Rs. 12082.120 lakhs for Keonjhar District.
