Particular mention may be made of the Report of the Standards Committee of the UGC, the Education Commission (1964- 66), Report of the Hale Committee on University Teaching Methods, the Report of the University Grants Committee on Audio-Visual Aids in Higher Scientific Education, Report of the Conference on the Use of Films in Higher Education and Research and some seminars conducted by the UNESCO, an d the Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
