Report of The Expert Committee Constituted by The University Grants Commission to Consider the Proposal of Shanmugha College of Engineering, Thanjvur for Grant of Deemed to be University Status Under Section 3 of The UGC Act

Abstract

The Committee visited the institute on 19th and 20th February 2001, inspected the infrastructure facilities, perused the required records and documents and held a series of meetings with the various academic and administrative components o f the institution. This includes meetings with the Chairman and Correspondent o f the College, faculty members, industrialists and students.
