From Introduction: As mentioned in the preface to this report, the challenge for the Mahila Samakhya (MS) programme at this stage, is to upscale and broadbase strategies that have proved successful at the level of individual sanghas. The critical first step is to evolve the broadest common understanding of goals and objectives, based on the shared knowledge and experiences of sangha women and the MS team. The next step is to evolve ‘'acceptable and achievable” strategies and mechanisms to reach these goals within the project period.en_US
