| Abstract: | The year 1974-75 was the First Year of the Fifth Five Year Plan. The Planning Commission allotted Rs. 11-50 crores at the beginning and besides this a sum of Rs. 0.30 crores which was subsequently allotted was also fully utilised, though various difficulties such as shortage of cement, ban on construction programme, delay in obtaining approval to the revised/ new Pattern of Assistance, stood on the way. |
