Abstract

The objectives of the Mission were (i) to assess DPEP’s progress towards the Program’s objectives; (ii) to assess the extent to which an increase in the level of community involvement can be perceived at the school-level; (iii) to assess the extent to which states and districts, particularly in DPEP-I and UPBEP have created the conditions to sustain DPEP activities; and (iv) to assess the financial status of Program implementation.
