Demands For Grants of The Government of Sikkim For The Year 1982-83

From Note: The provisions included for the Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the Budget for 1982-83 are purely tentative since Government of India’s firm allocation for 1982-83 in respect of these schemes have not been received. The incurrence of expenditure on these schemes will, therefore, be subject to clearance by the concerned Ministries of the Government of India and the Finance Department. Further the expenditure will have to be restricted to the limits to be intimated by the Ministries of the Government of India.
