| Abstract: | From General Education: In order to look after 30,000 of the very large number of under-age children (below 6 year) attending Primary School, 1000 Pre-Primary Centres will be opened at the rate of 1 centre for every 30 such children. One Matron/Stipendary teacher will be engaged at Rs. 100/p.m. in each Pre-Primary Centre and teaching materials worth Rs. 200/- will also be purchased for each Centre. |
