Abstract

From Introduction: District, Primary Education Programme is sponsored by the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA with external assistance of World Bank Mission. The WORLD BANK MISSION had a pre-appraisal discussion with the officials of the State Government and the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA on the implementation of the Project. On the basis of the pre-appraisal, specific remarks were rendered in Civil Works by the WORLD BANK TEAM MEMBERS in-charge of Civil Works.
