dc.description.abstractFrom Plan Overview: After the 56 Years of Independence though India as a nation has achieved a lot, in the sphere of Education it is still considered as backward. A lots of measures had been taken up for universalization of primary Education but no target has been achieved. SSA has been promised to change the appearance of Elementary Education by providing Education to all the children in the age group 6 - 14 by 2010. This target will be achieved by improving performance of school system, creating community ownership providing quality Education, Gender gap and social gap.en_US
