From Foreword: As the years roll by education has become more and more competitive and challenging that it has become necessary to create an awareness amongst the students and to assess their level of aspiration. One of the most important aspects that we have to take into consideration about education to-day is to help the students understand about the various employment markets and the scope for the future life that they have to face after the completion of their studies. Most of the tribal students come from poor economic background, hence they usually suffer from the problem of adjustment to the new life situation.en_US
