dc.description.abstractFrom Introduction, Elementary Education: It has been decided to open 6 Primary and 4 Middle Schools during the current financial year. With these the number of Govt. Primary and Middle Schools have become 1984 and 221 respectively. In addition to 322 Govt. Primary and 140 Govt. Middle Schools upgraded upto 1982-83, 113 more Primary and 31 Middle Schools have been upgraded this year to Class Ml and Vll respectively. These newly upgraded Schools will open classes IV and VIII in 1985 academic session.en_US
