Abstract

From Preface: This brochure entitled "A Picture of Manipur Budget" is prepared to facilitate a better appreciation of the State Budget in an easily understandable form by means of Statistical tables. This is the 14th issue of the Series. This budgetary prsentation is in two parts. The salient feature of state budget for the year 1995-96 along with the Revised Estimates for 1994-95 and actuals for previous years are shown in part I and II. The development outlays in the Eighth Five Year Plan period are indicated. In this brochure, the development, outlays cover the State Plan, Centrally Sponsored Schemes, NKC, Central Plan and Sub-plan Schemes.
