| Abstract: | From Preface: The Special Central Assistance to Special Component Plan (SGA to SCP) was introduced by the Government of India during 1979-80 with the objective of ensuring adequate flow of funds for the development of Scheduled Castes. The State Government has been implementing the programme through the State Planning Department, The present study analyses the pattern of utilisation of such central assistance received in the Seventh Plan and sub- sequent two Annual Plans. |
