dc.description.abstractIn U.O. No. 3508-GII-56, dated the 15th/28th December, 1956 Administrative Secretaries were instructed not to pass orders allowing pension to Gazetted officer’s without first obtaining a clearance certificate from the Anti Corruption Department. In U.O. No. 6520-GII-(c)—57, dated the 28th June/3rd July, 1957 they were further instructed to ensure that such cases were referred to the Anti Corruption Department, three months before the retirement of an officer, so as to ensure that formalities were completed in good time.en_US
