| Abstract: | From Education: The first four years of 5th Plan i.e. from 1974-75 to 1977-78 can be considered a landmark in the history of educational development in Jammu and Kashmir. This period has been marked with planned and well organized approach to development in all sectors of education. Selective sector approach i.e. removal of illiteracy and universalization of elementary education has helped to move towards these national objectives in education. |
