| Abstract: | From Directions & Administration: Under the Direction and Administration the Department's target to be achieved during the 7th Plan was to create 48 posts. Because it is meaningless to go on opening new Libraries every year without man power. During three and half years the Department has created 28 posts out of 48 which is the target in the 7th Plan. During current financial year it is proposed to create some more posts and it is proposed to create only one post of stenographer in the terminal year of the 7th Plan. |
