dc.description.abstract	It is a vision document, which charts future path of decentralisation agenda for the Panchayat bodies in West Bengal. The Roadmap visions a proper people’s Panchayat and sets out strategy to accomplish the vision. This strategy includes activities to be undertaken at the State Government level as well as at the PRI level, assignment of specific responsibilities at both the levels along with targeted timeframe to achieve the goal.	en_US
