Abstract

From Foreword: This document reflects the comments, observations And suggestions of the people of Delhi on “Challenge of Education - a policy perspective circulated by Ministry of Education (new Human Resources Development), Delhi with the objective of reshaping the system of education all over the country enabling it to meet the challenges of the coming years of an industrialised society with constantly advancing technology. For these envisaged social changes and technological spirit, highly complex educational planning will be required visualising practical needs of the masses effects of modernisation and efficient execution of schemes through skillful manpower utilization at all stages of implementation.
