dc.description.abstractFrom Model and non model schools: The UT will need to review its policy of model and non model schools. The difference between these two is in medium of instruction and subject teachers vs. one teacher teaching all subjects. With respect to learning achievement, the model schools are performing better than the non model schools. The PTR is non model schools is also much higher than model schools. This is an important equity issue as the UT must provide the equal enabling conditions to all schools.en_US
