dc.description.abstractFrom Foreward: The Fifth All India Educational Survey was conducted during 1966-67 with a view to providing, data on the existing educational facilities at school Ievel for meeting the data required for the 8th Plan. The reference of the survey was 30th September 1986. Unlike the 3rd and 4rth Survey, the Fifth survey attempted to collect information on physical and other facilities available under schools which might directly or indirectly help to the educational policy makers, planners and administrators in finding out a solution for quality improvement of education.en_US
