Education in India 1977-78 Volume 2 (English and Hindi)

Abstract

“Education in India Vol. 11-1977-78” is the second in the series since this Ministry introduced a revised system of educational statistics in pursuance of the recommendation of the Standing Committee on Educational Statistics. This publication consists of two Parts—Part-I and Part-II. Part-I gives a general survey of developments in the various fields of education at the National level while Part-II comprises of state-wise statistical tables relating to various aspects of education. It is hoped that the publication will meet the requirements of the educational Planners and research workers.
