| Abstract: | In Chandigarh, Civil works is the responsibility of UT Public Works Department. No new civil works were approved for the UT during 2008-2009.Only the spill over were allowed. MHRD had taken a serious view of long pending civil works which the UT has not been able to complete since 2004-2005. UT Chandigarh was directed to complete necessary constructions within 2008-2009 since no spill over will be permitted in 2009-2010. |
