dc.description.abstractThe goals of SSA are really very high and call for gigantic efforts from governments, educational planners, and administrators at various levels and people in general. In order to ensure proper implementation of this programme, Government of India decided to get this programme monitored regularly by independent non-government reputed research institutions. Centre of Advanced Development Research, (CADR) Lucknow had been given the responsibility of monitoring this programme in 21 districts of Uttar Pradesh.en_US
