Compilation of Important Administrative Orders (Issued by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan During 1970 to 1972)

Abstract

I am to refer to Audit Instruction below F.R. 17, according to which, an employee begins to draw the pay a id allowances of his post with effect from,the date on which &e assumes the duties of that post, if the charge is transferred before noon of that date. Since the timings of work in the Kendriya Vidyalayas do not strictly conform to the timings of the offices of the Government of India in most of the cases, it is not possible to apply the above mentioned rule to the employees of the Kendriya Vidyalayas strctly.
