| Abstract: | A Joint Review Mission on Teacher Education in Bihar was constituted by the MHRD. The Mission Objectives, guiding principles and focus terms of reference for the team as defined by MHRD were as follows: 1. To review the status of progress and issues related to planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of teacher education. 2. To serve as learning mission to assess progress made against agreed indicators and processes. 3. Cross-sharing of experiences that highlight strength and weaknesses with a view to strengthen implementation gaps. |
