Report of the All India Seminar on Monitoring The National Adult Education Programme August 28-31, 1978

Abstract

One such seminar was on Monitoring the N A E P , as it was realised that a well-conceived system of monitoring can alone help in regulating the programme implementation to achieve the desired goals. Eminent scholars, researchers and adult educators from all over the country participated ,in this seminar and gave thought to this crucial and important aspect of the N A E P in all its comprehensiveness. The task before them was quite complex and difficult, that of evolving a suitable system and mechanism for monitoring and evaluation of the N A E P . The present document is the outcome of this seminar.
