| Abstract: | The National Programme of Nutritional support to Primary Education (NP-NSPE) The Fifth Joint Review Mission on MDM for Tripura interacted with various stakeholders of the MDM programme during 18-26 June 2013 in Gomati and West Tripura districts. This being a one of the flagship programmes of the Government of India addressing hunger among all govt school children serves hot cooked meal that helps children come to the formal education system, concentrate on classroom activities and receive nutritional support and break the social barriers of caste discrimination. |
