| Abstract: | For the formulation of the Eighth Five Year Plan( 1990-95) the Planning Commission had set up a Steering Group II to Co-ordinate, advise and guide the deliberations of the various Working Groups in the fields of Education, Sports, Arts and Culture. The Planning Commission also constituted a Working Group on Culture vide their order No. M-12016/1/88-Edu. dated the 16th August, 1988. |
