| Abstract: | The fifth Joint Supervision Mission, led by the World Bank, was undertaken from March 9-21, 1997. Its overall objective was to assess implementation progress as well as to assist the DPEP Bureau and State Project Offices (SPOs) in identifying and addressing areas of concern. In addition, the terms o f reference for this mission had specific thematic foci reflecting two areas o f concern identified by the fourth mission, namely, pedagogical improvement and district annual work planning and budgeting (AWPB). |
