Therefore, when we talk of training we are talking about development of those human resources which are involved in the education system. These include educational administrators, teachers, library functionaries, office functionaries and others. Developing all these categories of functionaries becomes extremely important as the effectiveness of education depends upon how well they perform their roles and responsibilities. |
