Pradhan Mantri Uchachatar Shiksha Abhiyan Guidelines

Abstract

The Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) Scheme has been introduced as the “Prdhan Mantri Uchachatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA)” in June 2023. Its objectives include enhancing the quality of existing state higher education institutions by ensuring compliance with prescribed norms and standards, embracing accreditation as a quality assurance framework. PM-USHA would provide the facilities to the institution for upgrading the physical and digital infrastructure and also for the conversion of single-stream higher education institutions (HEIs) into multiple streams institutions.
