Regularisation of Services of Guest Teachers and Teachers Engaged Under the ‘Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan’ Bill, 2017

Abstract

This Act may be called, Regularisation of Services of Guest Teachers and Teachers engaged under the ‘Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan’ Act, 2017. ‘Teacher engaged under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan means, every person who has been engaged as Teacher under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan by the Directorate of Education for a period of 120 days anytime after April 1, 2016.
