Abstract

To establish and incorporate a Sports University at Delhi to facilitate and promote the Sports Studies, research and extension work in emerging areas of Sport Education with focus on liberal sports activities and science, for example promote the world class sports persons, trainers, sporting professional and to promote health care among masses through physical education & the spirit of sporting & also to achieve excellence in these and connected fields and other matter connection therewith of incidental thereto.
