Abstract

The Annual Report for 2019-20 provides the major initiatives taken by the UGC as the apex body for coordinating and maintaining standards of higher education in the country, including the Quality Mandate initiative with its comprehensive focus on improving teaching learning and innovative skills, inclusiveness, employability, learning outcomes curriculum framework, gender sensitization, social connect, sustainable development competitiveness, and skill development of student in higher education system in India.
