Abstract: India has come a long way in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. To achieve the 2030 Agenda, countries across the globe have accelerated the design and implementation of solutions to some of the greatest developmental challenges to ensure that no one is left behind. In India, NITI Aayog is at the helm of all initiatives for furthering the adoption of the SDGs. Over the years, NITI Aayog has not only instituted a robust monitoring framework based on the SDGs but has also taken the framework to our regional governments.
