Abstract

The progress and development of a civil society Human Values and Professional Ethics are inevitable. Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) indeed have a responsibility to build a strong society. Therefore, there is a need to create high quality practices and environment backed with human values and professional ethics in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs). Expert Committee constituted by UGC, after having detailed deliberations and consultations, has developed guidelines entitled “Mulya Pravah - Inculcation of Human Values and Professionals Ethics in Higher Educational Institutions”.
