Analysis of Budgeted Expenditure on Education 1989-1990 to 1991-92

Abstract

This publication, which is brought out annually, gives a detailed analysis of Budget Provisions made by various States and Central Ministries for the development of education during 1991- 92. As per the set pattern, Budget Estimates for 1991-92 also include the Revised Estimates of £he previous year 1990-91 and Actual Expenditure of 1989-90 for various programmes of education being implemented in the States and at the Centre. The information contained in this publication has been compiled from Demands for Grants of the Central Ministries and the Budget Documents of the States and Union Territories as presented in the State Legislatures.
