Abstract: it is expedient to establish a Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council as a collective form of Government, Colleges, Universities, Academia, Experts and people's representatives in order to forge a synergic relationship. it is necessary to setup State Higher Education Council for the State of Arunachal Pradesh established through a law enacted by the Arunachal Pradesh State Legislature as an essential prerequisite under the Guidelines of the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (National Higher Education Mission).
