| Abstract: | The state governments have announced their annual Budgets 2015-16 making allocations in important areas relating to socio-economic welfare. While Rajasthan has an investment inducing budget making spate of schemes for various sections and infrastructure development, Punjab laid emphasis on MSMEs and skill development. Uttarakhand has presented a welfare oriented and tax free budget while Himachal Pradesh and Haryana have focused on infrastructure development, roads and irrigation. |
