While Rajasthan has an investment inducing budget making spate of schemes for various sections and infrastructure development, Punjab laid emphasis on MSMEs and skill development. Uttarakhand has presented a welfare oriented and tax free budget while Himachal Pradesh and Haryana have focused on infrastructure development, roads and irrigation.en_US
