Abstract: Teaching of Education/Law Education in India at the University level is controlled and regulated by the National Council for Teacher Education/ Bar Council of India respectively. An educational Society/Trust (duly registered in the State of Punjab ) who desires to open a new college of Education/ Law will apply for approval of affiliation of the N.C.T.E. / B.C. I. through the concerned affiliating University alongwith the recommendations of the University. But before doing so the said Trust/Society will have to seek NOC from the Govt. (Department of Higher Education) for establishing the college of Education /Law.
