Karnatak University Academic and Administrative Audit Report 2010-11

Abstract

The Academic and Administrative Audit Committee for the year 2010-11, at the outset, expresses its sincere gratitude to Prof. H.B. Walikar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Karnatak University, Dharwad for bestowing the trust upon the Committee in assigning this valuable task intended to lead the University to greater academic standards in the competitive educational environment. Certainly, the fast changing perceptions with regard to the very quality of imparting higher education system in India pose a challenge to a conventional University like Karnatak University, Dharwad. Karnatak University, Dharwad being a reputed educational institution in North Karnataka, undoubtedly over the years gained valuable momentum and deserving credibility in the minds of general public in imparting quality education. In this changing academic environment, the University should move forward with wider vision and goals.
