| Abstract: | The Government of Tamil Nadu decided to regulate the conditions of service of teachers employed in private colleges and to make the rules relating to managing bodies and payment of grants to such colleges statutory. As the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu was not in session, the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Ordinance, 1975 was promulgated on the 21st November, 1975. |
