dc.description.abstractSince the last part o f the previous year this District has been trying heart and soul to achieve the objectives of the programme e.g. to provide all children access to Primary Education through formal primary schools or its equivalent through alternatives, to reduce overall drop out rate at the primary level to less than 10 per cent, to increase achievement levels by 25 percentage points over and above the measured baseline levels and to reduce disparities of all types to less than 5 per cent.en_US
