| Abstract: | The Committee visited the Allahabad Agriculture Institute on 15 - 16th May, 1997. The Committee had discussions with the Management which included the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute, the Director of the Institute and teachers. The Deans of different faculties made presentations of their activities before the Committee. The Committee also met the students' representatives to elicit their views on the issue of granting of deemed to be university status to the Institute. |
