| Abstract: | The Committee visited the Institute on 21s* - 22nd February 2001. Prof. J. P. Gupta could not join the Committee. Prof. Chellamuthu, who remained with the Committee on 21st February had to leave suddenly for Chennai due to his sort's illness at New Zealand . Before leaving, he indicated his observations about the Institute to the Convener of the Committee, which have been incorporated in the report. |
