Abstract: The committee visited ACADEMY OF MARITIME EDUCATION AND TRAINING (AMET) on 1st & 2nd December 2006. All the members except Prof.S.K.Sarangi visited the Institute. He could not visit because of his other urgent engagements. The committee was received by Shri. J. Ramachandran, Chairman of the Trust, other trustees and Capt.S.Bhardwaj CEO & DIRECTOR of the Institute. It was followed by Power point presentation by the Director of the Institute wherein senior faculty members of AMET were also present. The institute had highlighted its achievements in terms of Academic programs, Physical Infrastructure, facilities and road map for future growth.
