Report of The Expert Committee appointed by the Chairman, University Grants Commission to Examine the Proposal of Mody Institute of Research & Education for Grant of Deemed to be University Status under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956

Abstract

The University Grants Commission received a proposal from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Secondary and Higher Education, of Mody Institute of Research and Education (MIER), Lakshmangarh, Rajasthan to accord Deemed to be University status to three of their colleges, namely, Mody College, Mody College of Engineering and Technology, Lakshmangarh and Mody College of Management Studies, undertaken together in an integrated manner.
